Cement Plant
A cement plant (Jiangsu) need to deal with cement dust under the wind of 190000m3/h.The cloth bag used in the early days was found that the filter bag was blocked and lasted less than a year, result in intermittent shutdown event. After using organic composite membrane filter bag, no blockage has occurred in more than 3 years.This not only ensures the increase in output, but also avoids it the occurrence of a temporary shutdown.

Steel Mill
Dust removal of two 40t converters in a steel mill. The resistance of the membrane material is below 800Pa after 1 and a half years of operation and the outlet dust concentration is2.8mg/nm3. Dust emission and pressure loss have achieved customer satisfaction.
Dye Products
