When the combustion of high sulphur coal or without flue gas desulfurization process, the sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides concentration will be very high, in addition to the FT dust bag filter and other chemical synthetic fiber material will be eroded, so the dust bag will shorten the service life.

(3) the oxidation of the flue gas. Have a certain effect on the oxidation of flue gas dust bag, because the oxygen in the air for 21%, plus the flue gas temperature is very high, so the bag will suffer at work, if you want to avoid this situation, we must choose some antioxidant materials such as dust bag, dust bag made of P84 polyimide materials.

(4) the moisture in the flue gas. When working in a high temperature state, when the moisture content in the flue gas exceeds 25%, the dust will produce the phenomenon of easy sticking bag and blocking the bag. If the hydrolysis resistance of the material is not high, the hydrolysis will also damage the filter material.
