1. Catalyst reactivation

 

In many industrial production process such as chemical,petroleum, metallurgy and power stations, which often involve the using and separating of catalysts. The hot gas in FCC and DCC is high-temperature and high viscosity, so it is easy to jam heat exchanger while the hot gas cool. Ceramic membrane filter is proved to be an efficient, reliable and economic choice. Its operating temperature can reach 1300  and it can work in many harsh environments. Not only that, but it catalyst recovery above 90%.

2. Biomass gasification

 

Biomass burning produces plenty of dust which contains viscosity composition such as carbon black. The particle size of and the proportion of dust are 0.01-10 μm and 3-10 g/cm3, respectively. The sticky dust easy to cause sticky bags, and the not fully burning dust easily produce secondary combustion to damage bags. Ceramic membrane filter has high service temperature and high filter precision filtration precision. 3. Ceramic kiln

 

Ceramic industry has always been high energy consumption, high resource consumption and high pollution industry, which produces plenty of dust, nox, sulfur oxide, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, etc. Ceramic membrane filter can undertake high temperature gas filtration, utilizing physical sensible heat and conserving water resources. 

Ceramic membrane successfully used in the factory kiln tail gas treatment, removal efficiency is more than 99.5% of organic aerosol. It has restore function after membrane pollution, dust removle efficiency is higher than 99.9%.
