1. Product introduction
Jiulang High-tech co., LTD Φ36 type ceramic filter is a new generation efficient filter, which is a small size thin-wall hard filter. It was designed for high temperature dust removle to replace bag dust collector and electric precipitator. The biggest advantage of the product is both thin-walled and high mechanical strength, so it has high permeability and lower cost. Therefore, the product has a strong competitive advantage in projects with a low gas volume and less space demand.
2. Product feature
(1) The main material of substrate and membrane layer both are silicon carbide, which have matching coefficient of thermal expansion and high stability performance;
(2) This product’s highest service temperature is 1300 ℃;
(3) The removle coefficient of product is more than 99.99% and the outlet dust concentration is lower than 5.0 mg/m3.
(4) The service life of product is more than three years, even more than five years.in
good working conditions.
(5) The product has strong adaptability and high stability.
(6) This product has good corrosion resistance, which.could be used in acid , alkali, water steam and alkali metal steam environment.
